We work directly with title companies, escrow officers, lenders, loan officers and signing services across west Houston. Most of our signings are for borrowers and sellers who can’t make it to the title office: they’re at work, in the hospital, caring for family, or out of town.
Signings we handle
Refinances
Conventional, FHA and VA refinance packages, with the right-of-rescission dates checked before we leave.
Purchases
Buyer packages for borrowers who can’t come to the closing table.

Deeds and seller documents, including sellers who’ve already moved.

How a signing works
Send the order
Send the order with the borrower’s name, address, time and number of signers. Email the documents, or let us know they’ll be sent to the borrower.
We confirm and review
We call the borrower to confirm the time and ID, then print the package on legal and letter paper and review it for missing pages.
We meet the borrower
We check ID, walk through each page without giving legal advice, and get every signature, initial and date.
Scanbacks and return
We send scanbacks the same day if you want them and drop the originals at UPS or FedEx with your label, or deliver them to your Houston office.
A note on Texas home equity loans
Texas home equity loans under Section 50(a)(6) of the Texas Constitution must close at the office of the lender, an attorney or a title company. We don’t sign them at the borrower’s home. We can meet the borrower at your office if you need an extra notary there.

We’re based in Katy and sign every week in Katy, Fulshear, Cinco Ranch, Cross Creek Ranch, Richmond, Sugar Land, the Memorial Villages and the Energy Corridor. We also cover River Oaks, West University Place, Bellaire, Tanglewood and the Galleria by appointment.
