What is a

Mobile Notary?

A mobile notary is a Texas notary public, commissioned by the Secretary of State, who travels to you. Instead of taking time off to find an office, your notary meets you at your home, workplace, hospital, or any location that works for you.

We are commissioned and insured notaries based in the Katy area, just minutes from Cinco Ranch — and we will meet you at your home, office, or wherever works best, including evenings and weekends by appointment.

Why Cinco Ranch Families Hire a Mobile Notary

Life in Cinco Ranch moves fast between school pickups, practices and work. Instead of fighting traffic on Mason Road or the Westpark Tollway to find a notary, we come straight to your door. Whether you are refinancing your home, signing a power of attorney for a parent, or handling paperwork for your business, we make sure everything is signed correctly the first time.

Hospital & Senior Living Signings

When a loved one is in the hospital, a rehab center, hospice or assisted living, getting their documents signed should not add to your stress. We come to the bedside and handle every signing with patience and respect.

Before we arrive, we will help you plan the visit: facility check-in and visiting hours, a valid ID for the signer, and any witnesses your document requires. The signer must be alert and able to understand what they are signing — a Texas requirement for every notarization — so we will talk through that with you when you call.

Common bedside signings include medical and durable powers of attorney, advance directives, HIPAA authorizations, and real estate or vehicle paperwork.

Our

Process

Call or Book

Call 832-741-3190 and tell us about your documents, how many signers there are, and where you would like to meet.

We Drive to You

Once your appointment is confirmed, your notary drives to your preferred location at a time that works for you.

We Notarize

We verify your ID, guide you through each signature, and notarize your documents with a state-approved seal. Most signings take about 15 minutes.

Before Your Appointment

Bring a Valid Photo ID

Every signer needs a current, government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, state ID or passport. The name on your ID should match the name on the document.

Don't Sign Ahead of Time

Leave your documents unsigned. You will sign in front of the notary after we verify your identity. Have every page with you, and fill in any blank spaces beforehand.

Arrange Witnesses if Needed

Some documents, such as wills and certain powers of attorney, require witnesses. Check with whoever prepared your document, and let us know when you book.

Online Notarization

Can’t meet in person? Book an online notarization and get your own personal notary who guides you start to finish through a secure video session — from anywhere.

Need an Apostille?

Sending documents overseas? Birth certificates, diplomas, powers of attorney and business records often need an apostille from the Texas Secretary of State before another country will accept them. We notarize your documents when required and guide the apostille process from start to finish, so you do not have to figure it out alone.
